Blood Frenzy should be buffed since it quickly gets eclipsed by other spells, even Call to Arms. Holy Light can at least be combo'd with other spells to get more money from assistants as fairies or clicks as elves, but Blood Frenzy is a pretty useless spell beyond the first couple days of the game. It's also worth mentioning that Call to Arms ALSO buffs the production of HoL's with its respective spell upgrade, so even in the beginning there's little incentive to use Blood Frenzy as Demons.
