I like the survival addition! Though surviving is impossible when our energy collection and usage can't pass 35. I have 2000 reserve, and it isn't being touched. My deficit is skyrocketing up to 400 again
When your energy gathering passes I think 35 the game doesn't seem to register it. I had 47 energy, and only 35 of it was being used, my deficit is skyrocketing up to 450. My reserve energy (120) isn't even being touched
HOW TO BEAT INFECTED: Spam miner ships with your initial resources. With the resources you gain, build some interceptor ports, then carry out your normal strategy.
Has this ever happened to you: You are having a lovely first 5 seconds to a level, and boom infected have over-run you? Do you wish you knew a sure-fire way to survive infected every time? Then this tip may be for you! Mass-produce mining ships right when the game starts. That's it. That is the strategy. After you use your initial resources on the mining ships, you should use the rest of the resources on Super Carriers, or Interceptors. If you have unlocked the Physics lab, build 2, then spend the rest on Mining ships
On a difficulty 80 Flank mission, I was bottom, a normal AI was middle, infected was top. Infected always swarmed us both in minutes, I replayed 10 times losing each time. Last time I play, I luck out, the AI defeated the Infected base, and I just killed the AI. I am one lucky bastard
Amazing game. You should make it so when a pellet is eaten, the light given off from it goes away, and when there is not a pellet near the corridor is very dark, and you can only see from the light you give off (make that happen too :b)
My system can EASILY handle so many store bought games than a Vista can't even load the main screen of (Like Civilization V), yet this game lags on lowest settings. Da hell?
This game is such a classic, it has been around hundreds of years before the internet! Absolutely amazing. Bringing back the classic with enhanced graphics, and smother controls. 5/5
