Great game. There should be LH/RH weapon slots instead of just a single slot. This would allow for a classic single 2H weapon vs. 2 1H weapons tradeoff, or 2 1H weapons vs a weapon and shield.
I hear you've been working on a new suit for you. Guards won't be able to see you unless you're 20 feet away or less. The suit also has the ability turn you entirely invisible or allow run very fast for short periods of time. However, it has some glitches. "Like what?" It has no body armor and the invisibility will only work if you're not moving or getting shot. "Maybe I should just wear a disguise over a bulletproof vest." No no, you have to wear the suit.
Send forwards LOTS of basic infantry with any other unit and keep your men moving-being static doesn't work. Also, soldiers are killed instantly, not wounded,so having a medic wouldn't help.
Good game. Awful history: Roman legionnaires were among the best soldiers of the ancient world and every soldier had javelins. The Romans didn't use heavy cavalry and berserkers were not Gallic warriors. Neither the Romans nor the Gauls used archers, and all Roman shields were large enough to block lots of arrows. "Vercing"'s full name was Vercingtorix. Spears were much more common among Gallic warriors than axes, and these troops generally wore little to no armor. It would've made more sense if the Roman support unit was a signaller with a horn rather than a standard-bearer. Flaming arrows were rarely, if ever used by the Romans and smoke-bombs had not yet been invented. It is not possible to ride a boar for any length of time, and warhammers and mace-and-chains were not invented until the Middle Ages. This game still gets 4/5, though. =)
I really hate saving up for a tank or something and then blasting nearby gasoline on accident, thereby causing me to: 1, die immediately, 2, fall through the floor, or 3, have the roof collapse on me.
This game rocks 5/5! However, it should be noted that enemies in the Second World War generally didn't advance into machine gun fire in neat little lines.
This game is good, but it shouldn't be the highest rated on Kong.
