would supremely enjoy this game if everytime i accidently scrolled over a ring it didn't crash....

Whenever you inspect a ring it causes a webgl error, for me anyway this is in chrome.

please make procs at least scale alittle with levels, i barely ever get procs at almost maxed level i feel like i should almost always have at least 2 or 3 when actively playing

I'm also only getting scrolls from one of the recent patches, no potions aswell as no stun scrolls.
