I know attack ads and scandals do less damage near the end of the month, but are promotional ads weakened too?
No. Realistically, they should be, but it would make gameplay a lot less entertaining at EOM.

We haven't declared war on Iran yet......... Moses failed twice. A treaty would end a war, but there is no war to end.
I think I did it so you can treaty at abysmal and armstice when there's a war? Honestly I can't remember.

So....... would it be possible to implement an Outfit system? I'm kinda tired of switching every single piece of clothing I have every time I'm about to finish off a bill.
