Re the museum: The tutorial does have a typo. Donating common items *decreases* the craft time for all items of that type. Can definitely be confusing for people who just unlocked it but haven't crafted it
I also just unlocked the museum as well, and am asking the same thing as @ralphmerridew: Does donating commons actually increase the craft time, or is that a typo? Because if so, increasing the craft time is just a terrible perk.
