For reference on Wives:
Lvl 50 Watering = 3.68" = about 10 seconds per minute of crops being watered
Selling Lvl 44 = 17.8% in sell price
Egg collecting = Worthless = 5000 eggs with maxed egg trader sell for less than 20 minutes of upgraded corn harvesting. Lunch's can't be spammed so eggs aren't very good good for wife experience either.
Junjo - Awesome game! Greatly looking forward to second installment!
Feedback on updates: If you chose not to reset your game, you can never upgrade anything. Even if you get the required prosperity level and upgrade the intended NPC, you still can't purchase new upgrades. I have the seedsman upgraded to sell seeds up to level 20 but I can't buy lvl 17 seeds. The buy button is blacked out and there is no price next to it. As for the chickens, I'm not sure what they are for. They don't do anything even when you have wheat dedicated to them. All I see is an empty yellow bar next to them.
hmm... the bug is to let you upgrade the seedsman to lvl 20. Lvl 16 is still the maximum for him. About the chickens... do you have wheat into the counter on the left? it's the yellow bar flashing red or your wife has filled it up? the chickens wander arround eating grain (from the yellow bar). Look at them after some minutes and you'll see that they sits down on the ground, flashing white. It's the moment to click on them :)
Boarding is a little OP in my opinion. Easily able to beat the game with the 3rd best ship in the Galleon tree. Ghost ship is an instant win with full boarding upgrades.
To beat the last level simply put all your weapons on one side of the ship then steer straight to the opposite side of the screen. Around 1/3 of the enemies will completely ignore you and decent regen and shields will keep you alive quite easily. The last boss is a two second battle as long as you have a couple of damage modifiers, getting there is the only real issue.
Serena somehow got super glitched in a good way. It says she does 1065 damage per second when I built her into a DPS. Thought it was just a miscalculation but turns out her auto-attack is a machine gun now.
Nice to see another game using Realm of the mad god character set. I love that game so much! This game is pretty fun if only for the goal of unlocking everything and the different skills. The levels are a bit redundant and it seems you don't really need to kill anything if you don't want to on most levels (lich invisibility ftw). I kind of wish you could level up characters' (health, attack, defense, cooldown) then maybe go through on a higher difficulty. Some treasure or equipment to find would be nice too. Like maybe start the archer with just true shot then if you get a quiver you can get the other skills or something.
Not bad and kind of addictive. The bridges aren't an issue for me. I found it relatively easy to figure out which row they were on. I think it would help some to just divide the rows using some sort of line so that it is clearer. Also, it would be nice if boulders couldn't be hidden behind trees. Sometimes I hit one without even knowing it's there. The difficulty could be toned down a bit. I can't seem to get past level 4 no matter how well I'm doing when I get there. All in all I like the game and think it is very solid. 4/5
It's a fun concept and I liked the enemy variety. It plays like a very small game due to the tiny area between the planet and the edge of the screen. I enjoyed it despite it's short length and small difficulty level. To make it harder, make the screen bigger (by shrinking everything) thus, you have more space to see enemies. Making the planet a bit bigger might help too since it's relatively easy to cover all the ground even without upgraded speed. You could decrease the credits earned and add a range upgrade to the various weapons (you'd have to upgrade to get the bullets to reach the edge of the screen). In addition, make it so you can have either the mortar or rockets out but not both. Another fairly simple fix is to allow anything that hits the planet to attack once automatically (rather than jumping away without attacking when you come near them). The difficulty is an easy fix, the idea was the hard part. I'm looking forward to some kind of sequel or update!
Jellyfish, I agree that most levels have numerous solutions but level 77 is specifically designed to have one single solution. That's why a second solution is so strange on that level.
Oh and...
write your name here if this game need badges. VCPD,gamersharks, ONU_Squish,
The creator of level 77 is a sadistic bastard. In case anyone was wondering there are actually two solutions. The one I used is significantly more of a pain than the solution shown in the videos. The hard work didn't go unrewarded though. The score in the solution video is 887. The score for the solution I used is 960. See if you can figure it out.
