After unlocking/using Time Warp: when i click the toolbox it shows a bunch of text boxes that say Time Warp.

Ok they do, but really slow compared to the sword.

the level increases the bases stats of an item by 1% per level. so with 20 as a base you see a change by level 5. meanwhile for a base stats of 6 to see a change maybe by level 16.
Some Equipment (Chest and Helmet from sewer for instance) doesn't increase cap when merged.
it takes a high enough level to see results. keep merging!

Tooltips are buggy after loading a save. They don't show or they stay the same and don't go away.
