It would be nice if hats had some upgrades in them. For example the speedy helmet for penguin would give a boost to damage reduction. Completing challenges would be more rewarding this way.
I like this idea! I'll see if there's a way we can work it in for the sequel without breaking the balance between characters for online racing.
