This project shows to much talent to excuse this amount of lack of effort. First of all don't insult me by telling me I wasted my time. Second, pointless platforming, texture-less trees, a path that I can't walk and candle collisions make show your complete lack of effort on this project. Games should focus on the player and how they will experience the game. Hopefully you will remake this game. You've shown your talent and even though I 1 starred this, I think you will make really good content in the future. Maybe after you get the flash light and you exit the building the alien slowly chases you until he hits some light.
Well ,
first thanks for your comment and opinion !
I need to learn much more about Game Programming to make some thinks possible !
Yet I am not a pro in the usage of the Unity 3d Engine ,but I give my best to learn :=)
So I have seen this getting stuck issue several times, on more maps than Golden Crater. It usually seems to happen on other maps after some air gets through and makes multiple passes. I wonder if it has to do with the Air path finding. Some of them will go pretty far out of their way and pretty close to the camera. I could see them flying over the collider wall you have for detecting when to score a unit so/or it misses the call to get placed back at "start"; or it sends a "dead" unit back to "start" and is waiting for it to be killed or make it back. I would say the prior is more likely.
Try setting a height maximum of the air units
Yep, the air pathfinding is designed to produce several varied routes. There are controls to prevent them from going to far, but obviously something is wrong. Thanks for the detailed info. I'll take a look at it. Next time you notice, if you could tell me wave and board, it will be very helpful. Thanks for all the great feedback!
Yep, that's why in the Update section I mentioned it hadn't been thoroughly tested yet. I hadn't planned to include it in the last update, I just forgot it was there when I compiled. :)
OMG. Did I just help a cat hack into an experimental facility using a doped up monkey? Great game. I love all the subtext and deep story behind this polished little game
