Just did the Math,at the actual rate i need about 4 days to get the next Manager :(

You have calculated something wrong. With the current warehouse system the max waiting time is 12 hours for a manager. That means that you didnt get all upgrades or didnt get some achievement :)
Do us all a Favor and turn the x3 on until you give us the Warehouse Update.
Trust us, the waiting will be rewarded with the greatest way possible ! You will love the update of that system!
