Does anybody have any good strategies to beat either Armlus or Shadow Master???

I'm also having trouble with a few of the skulls as, from looking at the previous posts, are a lot of people.

I found 3 of the obsidian stones and also the one by the doll but i cant find the last. I'm also having slight trouble finding 1 of the ankou. Any suggestions where to look?
