99.999% off means something that cost $100 should drop to less than $1. That's just how math works. When I buy this 99.999% off manager, I expect to see the purchase price change. It did not.
The game would be better if the babies inherited 2 of their traits from one parent, 2 from another, and one was randomly generated within a percentage range of the parents'. That way you could max out some stats from one parent and breed it with a maxed out stat second parent and hope for a good baby. The way the game currently runs where the baby inherits the average value from each parent means you can't improve a baby greater than the better parent. The highest value monsters are the ones you buy from the store.
