It would appear that "0000" is not, in fact, a four digit number. FOUR DIGIT NUMBER. Incidentally, I believe that, being but a human, this does need to be made more clear to me... >.>
It is a very good game, but one problem that I see is that essentially no country can be self-sustaining for long periods of time -- they need to get supplies. So for pandemic 3, I think that countries should re-open borders, shipyards, and airports every so often. Other than that, it is an excellent game, and very addicting.
