The trick to beating the Far East Empire's capital is to get the demolishers from the Trade Republic capital, I did this on normal difficulty and only lost 4 units.

Attack blocking enemys from the front, they have a worse chance of blocking that way.

I got to the final boss and he killed all of my units exept my fully upgraded knight and I killed everyone exept Attila the Pun then attacked him then turned around so I blocked his attack with my back (yes, you can do that with the right skill at max) and kept doing it until he died.
