Ok what? The enemies just don't die, even when you can't see their health bar anymore. They just swarm up until you can't even dodge anything. And since you can't kill them, you can't get money. Wierd thing.
A fun game little game, but it was too easy. Rushing for attack and critical upgrades will make you easily complete all challenges and gain levels even faster. The whole game can be completed in less than half an hour.
The game has really nice graphics, but I just didn't feel the challenge. The additional settings in levels, like trolls, and dragons were great, but the game was just seemed to easy. It would be instead of just getting allies, you have more special enemies, or minibosses in levels. 90% of the time I had max score on the first try. On hard setting is probably more challenging but as the normal setting was so easy, I don't feel like playing the levels again.
Putting turtle first in line, might seem like the best strategy but their is one better way. Put your goblin raider (or any other unit) THEN put turtle. Why? By putting the raider first he will be the first one to be attacked by the arrow tower which will switch to turtle once he comes in range. The damage on raider will be healed and you saved the turtle a bit of damage. The idea is to distribute damage as evenly as possible to benefit from area heals you have.
It may seem like much but later when you have several bullet and arrow towers near you will notice the difference in lifetime of your turtle :) Hope someone finds this hint useful.
It can be seen that there was a lot of effort put in the cosmetics of the game. Howerever, it wasn't challenging whatsoever. There was even no need to even make a moon base. Great graphics + sounds. Gameplay needs work. 3/5.
This might be a bug because when a creature using a gem with autorevive, without the need of lives, dies and the game ends in a draw the creature just stays dead...
Didn't play pass the tutorial. It just takes too much time. And there were only 2 enemies. And the fading effects are the killer. Also the messages that keep popoing out are anoying. You can make the appear without the need to stop the player from issuing commands. It takes too long as is.
Item affects from weapons carry out not only in regular attacks, but also through spells. Equip your mage with a item that does poison or instant kill, cast lightning and watch mass poison or enemy die if the instant kill is triggered on them (with 6 enemies it's not that rare).
Bad AI both allied and enemy. Against one enemy, no mana and reduced to normal attack. The enemy can't kill me in less that 3 turns, Veradux heals me, not botherng with mana. The enemy of course heals because I can't do power attacks. Enemy healer rather heals himself (with almost full hp, rather than dying comrade) Too little skill for any kind of real tactic, and battles are just tedious. Graphics and music and voice actinng are good, and are the only reason it's a +2/5
