Perhaps already mentioned, but it'd be sweet if the Scoring button both opened AND closed the "How to be a Hero" panel. Saves me a mouse-stroke. Great game, btw, new & interesting. I'd 5 star it already if I could :)
Weak. Sauce. I was actually trying to one-shot my way through this game, having heard about the saving issues. Made it to Chapter 7, didn't get the badge. Lag became so bad I had to reset. Game wiped my save. Shame, this has a lotta potential. Just needs to be...fixed.
STRATEGY

Play your Gold Mines first, before drawing new cards. If you have less than 2 in your opening hand, you'll probably want to restart the battle. If Decker comes up, play it before you flip any other cards. I know it's tempting to defend, but don't worry about any incoming attackers for now. Play your Crystal Mine as soon as you get it. Once you're gathering 10-20g per second, start filling your summon slots with Fresh Skeletons. When Parting Gift shows up, send out a round of skeletons to gather up the 2 souls you'll need and get it in play (be careful here: your opponent can always play another global enchantment to wipe out your Parting Gift). Now spam like there's no tomorrow (be aware, the game will laaaaag). Keep throwing out Gold Mines if they come up. Use Dark Merchant when you can. Once all your skellies are out, you can go grab a cuppa joe. Just be sure to watch your portal's hp (this shouldn't be a problem as long as you've got summons in play).
SKELETON GOLD SPAM

This has probably been said before, but I found a fairly straightforward rush that works pretty much every time. Go with Necromancer. Load your deck up with 10x Gold Mine, 2x Crystal Mine, 1x Dark Merchant, 1x Decker, 1x Parting Gift, and 10-12x Fresh Skeleton. Fill out your deck to 30 cards with any extra Fresh Skeletons, Gold Mines, Parting Gifts, or Deckers you pick up along the way. Peasants, Demon Worshippers, or Forest Fighters can be used in place of Skeletons until you get more. Avoid iron, if you can. As you win, save up your cash for the big booster box (2300g). This should net you a couple of Legendaries, along with some new Gold Mines. If you pick up anything like Hidden Gems, Bag of Crystals, or Crystal Fountain, toss it in and ditch one of your Crystal Mines.
Fails show too quickly. I don't know how many times I was on my way to 100% and lost because the game arbitrarily decided to fail me immediately after my last cut (or even after my second cut in 3 slice mode - how does that work?) Shame, this game has promise, but it's just too finicky with the fails.
Seems I spoke too soon...it should be noted the Hatchback Challenge for the hard badge is only available AFTER you complete the story mode, not during.
Unable to progress any further. "Go to the town north of here and let them know about the gates." Hm. Well, the town north of here is empty & as a result I'm unable to progress any further. Nice game, but so glitchy it's barely worth the badge of the day.
