Yeah, second time i prestige, the game locks while i'm opening one of the chests, and when i reload all chests are gone, no prestige gained, this kind of ruins the point of the game.
Are you still able to prestige or do you have to fill the bar back up again? We've fixed an issue with prestiging, BUT that will only fix it for the future and there are still going to be unlucky people with the crash. On the positive side, I checked your account and you have a bunch of prestige gold waiting for you, so your chests opened and the inventory transferred, but you won't get it until you're actually able to finish a prestige.
