So much fun when the ball just... bounces off the player when you try to pass.

The badges are placed under the achievement tab right of your chat.

Actually you can see it's health, Beetlejuice, just click the squares that appear when a monster spawns.

It's the first "Hard"level you come across, in the lower left bottom of the map. I think you need to beat the medium level there first.

Actually you do get a new spell, but it's a new sort of square on your battle board. Pretty usefull too!
