need to fix the mailbox, for some reason mail disappears after youve looked at it even if you havnt answered it. for example i was invited to an alliance but chose to wait to answer it, it was gone less then 5 minutes later
this game is a bit backwards at times, a jerkin offers better stats then scale armor and equals splintmail :S you need items from armory unlocked at lvl29 to make something in the holdfast unlocked at lvl8 :S next you'll be telling us cloth robes are better then a suit of plated armor!
not a bad game, but i agree some of its elements needed to be thought about a little more. Why on earth you need fish for so many productions, i dont remember using fish to make bread for example. Timers get a little excessive, but you could deal with that if you could at least make a production queue. Nice concept though!
