It is confirmed that if you downgrade flash to v29 or lower, you should be able to load. It is still very laggy, and tbh I prefer mobile/steam version, which is free, and is built around a completely different engine. It has a lot less lag, with a good computer basically none, but it is sadly missing meltdown, ice station, crafting, alloy, champion ships, the bounty events, global events, and chat. I think it's missing more stuff then that, but I don't know all of the things it's missing. At this point NK has said that they aren't going to add anything to sas4 steam/mobile, because it owuld take work, and they also said that changing to not using flash for the browser version was also too much work, for not enough reward. At this point, you either make your own game with a good engine, or wait for sas V, which they said they don't have any plans yet, but ideas are on the drawing board, whatever they really mean by that.
