Way to beat 101, hard, or anything. Make a vertical alley, three sticky tars, one on top of the other, sided by explosive traps. Put a rolling log at the top, one space up from the alley, using a box to block off one side. Have the trigger hit the logs, then from the logs have it go to the explosives in sequence. Two of these in a row will get you through to wave 50, and by then you should be able to make more. You can fit 6 onto one screen.
Chapter 8: I have 12 paladins out, countless other units of all sorts, 195 units out total and not hobbit spamming. I'm entirely at their castle, get them down to 10% health, and it spawns a cluster of (I guess) 25 elven paladin equivalents that proceed to just march across the battlefield, not a single one dying to archer, arrow, wizard, and artillery. Lovely play balance there.
