overreliance on random items with random drop rate and random type and random stats, right items can make or brake your run yet you have little to no control over then despite their lowish drop rate, shop doesn't help since monsters drop no gold and it's not uncommon to kill 10-20 monsters and get no items what so ever, need either better way to get items (more drops, actual shop instead of lottery) or more skill points per lvl (3 or 4 times as much) it's especially horrible for rightous fire builds since you NEED wisdom + fire damage without strenght or vitality since regen from wisdom doesn't scale with your max hp, also respawn timer skip cost is waaay too high
Has potential but there's a few big issues that have to be adressed:
- lagging interface and useless forced kong logining
- stats that can't be interact with and are the same between all classes
- insane cost of unlocking new skills essentially locking you with only one viable damage type per class, borderline useless shield skills (too expensive)
- classes are not different enough to encourage mixing them, splash damage and range attacks makes mages the only real choice
- more ways to spend your skill points like faster combat, movement speed or animations
- revamp of item prices (based on actual stats they give instead of level) and maybe clearing the inventory between ascentions since it allows you to basically skip early game by keeping one expensive item and selling it at the start
- minor bugfixes like hover-over getting stuck and sold items not disapearing from the inventory until you close and open it again
resource and faith production doesn't work, cultists still convert more cultists, can't buy golden rain ritual even tho i have 4k faith (lots of clicking), only way to get production right now is miracle, game is unplayable
research is broken, it double the cost before and after you buy it, i end up with negative money after first research, cost 25k -> took 50k -> now cost 100k
right now the game is nearly impossible without mindless grinding, first boss shoot too fast with too big and too powerful attacks and you have no space at all to dodge
