This game has some promise but lacks final polish. Here are some thoughts if you ever want to improve on this:
* The enemies turning and tracking my ship is cool. Why can't my ship do the same?
* Yellow bullets on a yellow desert background. I don't want to die because I can't see what's hitting me
* Why do I keep collecting boxes with numbers in them? If the boxes contain money, make it obvious through the graphics.
* After a few levels all the levels have a boss fight. Spread them out to even the action.
* In the final fight you get a special weapon. This makes the gameplay more varied and fun. Why can't I get special weapons earlier?
* Have a native english speaker proofread the texts to avoid silly phrases like "destroy everything around"
I was surprised that despite all its shortcomings, this game was quite fun! I hope you get around to making a sequel.
Nice game. Crafting and furnishing your house make nice additions to the gameplay. However, the capitalized text makes me want to skip all the plot parts thus I don't give a rats ass about what's happening.
