Oh wow... I can't believe that I solved this without a walkthrough.
A few tips. 1. You'll need to zoom in on the colored spikes for you to progress in the game. 2. The sickle is for the tree trunk, the opener in the inner room, the hammer for a lock and the name on the phone is the password to one of the drawers.
1) The loading page keeps on throwing me off. I keep on thinking that the game hanged on me.
2) I hope that you win this contest. Please DO expand on this game after the event. This game deserves a kong badge like "unlock the casino" or "have a child" badge". Favorited this game, though I never do for contest or non-badged games. :D

We will definitely expand the game, there are several features in the pipeline (Bring back the battles, add a pair more maps, adding a lot more class missions and generic missions, and in general, make it really playable doing extra things every year, we just didn't have the time of doing so for the contest! :) )
PS: We will try to add Kong API integration. If we can, we will definitely add the "Casino unlocked", Married", "Had Child" scores, so if Kong wants to add badges at that point they will be able to! :)

There's a cheat in egg hatching: Incubate the egg, then set your pc clock 8 hours in advance while your game is live in your monitor. Check your egg hatchery and then retrieve and name your pet.
After that, don't forget to set your pc clock to the right current time (you can google the correct time in your country with the keywords: "what time is it in *name of country* right now?")
