Very interesting concept that I've never seen before!
A bit of constructive criticism however - when the ability to "regain controls" was added, I noticed a pattern where you take a flag that's next to a control, sacrifice the control, then get it again immediately and there's no real loss or gain. Each flag that was placed near a control icon, was basically a "free flag". Level 14 was the one level that I had a hard time with (which is good :D) because there was an arrow placed away from a flag, and more than one way to use it. The mechanic should be used like that more often.
There are a few wrinkles to iron out, but overall it's a great concept! Nice job, and I only wish I was this creative, haha.
Not a bad game - however I agree that perhaps there's a bit too many tutorial levels. Or, rather - many new elements are introduced at the same time before the game even "starts", I suppose? I feel the first 15 levels or so were relatively easy, and only after level... Maye level 30 or so, did it start getting more challenging.
Still, cute concept. I found myself having to think in blended color groups, like "Okay - hold on - let me think here. Warm colors here, cool colors here... Dark here and light here...", that kind of thing. I've never been forced to think that way in a puzzle game. Honestly, if you guys decide to make a sequel, I'll be willing to try it out.
I don't think the "Card deck" place works correctly. I've set cards to "0", but they're still in my deck. I don't understand, and it's a bit frustrating. I can't play the game if it doesn't work properly.

You don't even get the satisfaction of your furry friends being happy after their long (and painful) journey. Geeze. This game is all sorts of upsetting...
All of the sudden, I need Flash Player 11? When did this happen? I've had problems updating my flash player, so I can't even use this anymore... Wtf man...
Still 5/5 though, because even though I can't use it, that doesn't mean it's not awesome.

Whenever I click "View Track Leader board" (which I just did by accident), it dims the screen and it isn't showing the leader board... It only figures. If the leader board doesn't show up soon so I can cross it out, I'm going to be irritated because I was doing really well. Now I can't click anything until the leader board shows up, which it probably never will. Can you fix this bug?
It told me I could leave and I said, "Fine. Now give me back my hands." Then it repeated the message and I said, "Leave room... Without hands." And then it let me go. XD
