more total bolts is always better than fewer stronger bolts.... your total number of bolts is what is going to be used to determine how many hit and then the damage is calculated.... also Desert is hard to play early on but by the end you are throwing 25-30 total bolts and all of them are degrading the enemy's special meter....
venom towers and the rattlesnake rocket launcher perfect combination. Throw in a dynamite. Hit them early and most of the wave won't even make it onto the screen
quite a good game. Just a tip; meteor is good for killing ninjas and that is it. If over used you can deprive your towers of valuable exp. and frenzy will accomplish the same damage boost so long as you use it in an area with a lot of towers. Invest your skills in a bigger mana pool early on so you can sit on a few hundred just in case. 5/5
This game was my personal introduction to an awards heavy game. Great fun to play even if it makes you want to throw your mouse across the room every time you get killed by one of those damn blue guys AGAIN!!! 5/5
Spot the difference games tend to fall into one of two groups 1) visually boring with lots of levels
2) Beautiful and too short
This is very much the latter. Different game play each time through helps make up for this short coming and keeps you coming back. You would be hard pressed to find a better spot the difference game anywhere. 5/5
Going off the screen is much to easy to do and is an inexcusable flaw for a serious game. This would not be passing materiel in a freshman level programming course 1/5
This game goes above and beyond in all major areas. Great shooter with simple controls. The two factors that make this one a favorite are the bubble concept and the inventive leveling system. So many games force you to specialize in just one thing as you level up, but the branching level tree in this game allows you to try out something new and if you like it you can go down that path or switch back. 5/5
Over all a good game. No real gamer could be unable to appreciate a good simple shooter with a shop. That being said I did have some dislikes about it. It may well seem overly picky but the points are so large that they become meaningless and cumbersome. A vast string of zeros after a number no longer make it impressive. That minor issue combined with a tendency for some of the later levels being a tad long and redundant make this a 4/5
If this game was not free I would rail against it for a number of great and terrible sins; however as a freegame it is not so bad. Don't get me wrong it is still a good example of the basic issues involved with a flash rpg. For a simple download you could be playing something like Runequest or the Mana World, just as free twice as good. 3/5
The programmers of this game really took the time to make sure that the play mechanics were in tune and thus we are able to enjoy the atmosphere of a well executed space game. If I really want to find something wrong with this one it is that I would really like to see more space games move away from the 2d map. 3d is just an unavoidable reality in space and though it makes the navigation a bit more unweildy it is still worth the effort. Still for a freebie this game is beautiful. 5/5
Interesting concept with some major flaws. Yes anyone can put out a game riddled with flaws and simply tag it beta hoping for sympathy and feedback while the final product is tweaked but in this case the updates seem to be coming few and far apart. This is the luxury that the developer is afforded when you rate this a four. Until the final comes out this is still a 2/5
