there should be a chance to infect countries that air inaccesible. air/water and insects easly can cross borders (depending what we want to infect). peru closed its border quite early in one game.
and best strategy for me was: chossing virus, getting airborn and 1 point in every resistance early, then waiting till every region is infected...
about chossing range: When I dont have enough energy to actually choose range i would like to not beeing asked at all. i dont have a choice, so why bother?
i think that would speed things up...
the not taking any damsge when switching is part of the game. you can damage him by intercepting. intercept is a 100% 35 damage attack that dosts no engery, you must "just" guess rightly...
if you dislike that use attacks that even hit when your enemy switches and items that discourage switching. the character tafarin could also be to your liking. i hate him, as it totally takes away guesswork for the players that use them, and thus i am easier to read...
this game is very luck based. missing 95% chances can really crew you up... and the enemy suceeding with less than 50% chances two times in a row can also be very fatal. mixing in criticals and even more cards an abalities that are luck based means luck can outweigh skill by far...
And cards: I think it sucks too just have 3 cards. i think players who cant even equip all their characters are at a serious disadvantage. I know, one should get cards through achievements, but I think i would make it more fair if players with less then 3 cards can choose more than 3 cards, so hey at least have 6 carrds and something to queip for every character. and maybe add a function for gaining new cards that depends upon how many cards you already have...
And no, this wouldnt benefit me, as i already got 28 cards before choosing the 3 free cards...
the giga egg was for me in level 5, left of the tarpit. I have no idea how this could be found at lvl2, at it always said to me 0/0 supereggs after finding the spino in lvl 2
controls need to be more sensitive. ctrl+number (defining a group) takes seconds for me.
improve KI.
maybe bigger maps or maps with features. this way its just economy and direct clash with opponent.
nice game with potential, improve it. 4/5 from me
strategy that worked for me on the last level (and skirmish too):
build 7 drones, research refinement to max. build control, 2 cruiser (costing 100 each), 1 control, 2 more cruiser, 1 reapair.
during the building of the 2 first cruisers you should be attacked, but dont worry: your superior ships will kill superior numbers. with 4 ships, do whatever you want. either build more ships, or research the hell out of it. but research is kinda pointless, the same resources in ships will win either way because the KI isnt that great.
