New items are added weekly! If you have a particular item you want to see in the game, making a great design in MaD Lab will improve the chances of it getting in since I don't have to design it all by myself from scratch. (Link to Lab info and dl in the game description.)
The effect should be a bit more prominent now -- it was balanced using the old sizes/weights so itturned out super-underwhelming after the balance pass.
We should be able to
1. rescale items
2. customise ragdoll colors and weight
3. use "fist" which is basically an invisible item that is always held.
also, could you make it so that guns have an option to auto aim to certain limbs?
ps: won't stop asking for keyblade :p

i have some interesting ideas to add on to what has already been suggested!
under blunt could be keyblade, under others could be laser sword, and under firearms could be crossbow!
