this is inconsistent and barely playable. Some levels water doesn't hurt you, some levels lava doesn't hurt you. Some levels walls kill you. This is not a very good game. Try to playtest it a bit more and give it to some friends to check before you publish next time.
The gameplay is fine, but gets boring quite fast. The music sounds like you've just hit some buttons in your favourite synthesiser software.
Try to learn some more music theory perhaps, or use someone else's music (with permissions of course). The gameplay could be improved if you for example have a grid so that I can see which blocks lead where when turning.
