I'm having trouble getting the "Win a combat without losing a Gladiator" goal in Tarsus. I can get trough a fight without any of my gladiators being killed, but it won't say I got the medal
To beat the last challenge, use just spellcasters and spam the phoenix spell.
You can play again to get more cards. You won't get all of them in the first try
The challenges are unbalanced. It's all about luck.
If you could custom your deck or maybe select the order of cards, they'd become a little more fair. But just a little.
Erebus, did you try to upgrade your units?
By the fourth or fifth mission my cavalry could hit for 150+ damage on a crit.
Check the War Academy and you'll see how powerfull some units can be
But yes, I think this really needs s ingame tutorial
Use the holy sword if you're feeling trigger happy, or the stone one if you're feeling cautious... By the time you hit the tank, you should have all the automatic skills, so you can both deal more damage and heal up faster. Also, lear to use autolife so you can survive the bomb.
Try swtiching swords to match your opponent's weakenessses... Against the golem, you'll want the stone sword for deff or the holy sword for balance...
And make sure you have the holy sword equipped to face the hydra
Boy, I love this game. There are some bugs, and when they happen is quite annoying, but the cards are very well balanced, and the overall challenge level is great.
I think people who don't like it should just move on instead of posting something here...
Actually, this game is fairly balanced the way it is. A newcomer can almost go toe to toe with a veteran right from the start...
Gaffar, you should check your attack speed... You must be using some very slow cards...
There is a forfeit button for when you know there is no way of winning (or you're just pissed off)
Now, there's something I've been thinking about the new cards: all of suddenly we'll get 40+ new cards that no one will have... It would be nice if there where more challenges so we can get a taste of the new characters
I think all melee only cards are underestimated... They are easy to counter, but in the right situations they make all the diference... Take some powerfull, but low HP cards (Amaya, Le Morte) against a melee only and see how they fare...
My problem with this game is that it's always loading... Always... I have to wait about 5 minutes to watch a video... And tthen 5 more until tthe units load... It sucks like that... If only it dowloaded all of it in a single time, like all the otther games, it would be better
Riiight... I've come to the conclusion that this whole talk about cards being OP is just because some very good players use them... My deck is an all amazon, an I don't even use ValkAnex, and yet I've managed to beat every single "uber" deck with them... Lost to all of them too... So, in the end, its about skill and some luck, not OP cards
