It would be great to have the story lines appear in the log - I think I am missing portions of the story (e.g., I saw the Cabin, and somehow am hiding from an Old Man, but I never saw the text that introduces the old man.)
Tried it again, and the new game saved fine. Looks like there was a version change from yesterday, when I started playing - amounts needed for prestige are different, for one thing. There's an odd math issue now: When I get the first star for prestige, the second row box jumps in price, then decreases when I purchase the multiplier upgrade. For example, I just got the prestige for Tier 4 (with 202 roboclickers), and the second row box jumped to $13.29 trillion, and when I purchased the x3 reward multiplier, it decreased to $3.62 trillion.
Whoever suggested switching to Firefox, that didn't fix the lag problem for me. I have no idea what they changed, but this game is now virtually unplayable.
I agree with others regarding the advertising for other platforms that aren't available yet. Having over half the levels unplayable just makes the game disappointing.
Very cute. I actually liked that the "same" items were actually somewhat different for different puzzles (e.g., the teapots were different styles). It made it more interesting.
I wish there were not limited losses. I bought the "wrong" upgrades in the beginning, and now I don't have enough money to buy anything to counter tanks, so I'm forced to lose some battles to get money.
I am still attempting to enjoy this game, but I find it a lot more difficult and frustrating than other Nerdook games. The razor blades often cut off large parts of the board, and I've just played wave 9 five times, and the combinations of razor blades, blowfish, and disappearing platforms is enough to make me call it a day for now.
The final battle is completely absurd. I've tried both dual-wielding and using a two-hander, and the few times I've been able to get him below 100 pts, he just heals up again.
I cannot get level 25. I've been at it for about an hour, and I can hit one or the other, but I haven't managed to time it perfectly to hit them both in the same try. Too frustrating.
Level 22 is pretty much impossible for those of us with touchpads. I liked the challenge of the previous levels, but this isn't so much a challenge as an exercise in futility.
Thank you for your suggestion!! I'll add these functionality in the full ver!
