Really like the concept and execution is quite good. The physics seem a bit off, but it's hard to tell if that's because everything is so small, or some other reason. It's like some things that should act as ramps almost act like active bumpers on a pinball table.
Still fun... looking forward to a sequel :)
I've only played 8 levels so far, so maybe I'm missing something, but it seems like you basically just ripped off Patapon, but removed the most interesting part of the game - the rhythm controls.
I like it. Good variation on a tired theme. Like many such games though, the editor could use some polish. For example, it would be nice to be able to pick up pieces and move them around instead of having to delete them and place new ones. Also maybe add a keyboard shortcut for run/stop.
The Level 20 walkthrough makes it seem pretty straight-forward, but i've tried the level in-game 15 times so far and the behavior of the vampire never comes close to as simple as the walkthrough. For me he usually ends up bouncing up and down along the final hallway and loses momentum, stopping before reaching the human. I haven't been able to complete it yet.
I really like this game and the sequel. I played the second one first, so now coming to this one I really miss the pause button. Any chance you could add that to this version? I get a lot of interruptions while playing and pausing really helps. Thanks for the great games!
The cement/metal blocks need to be a bit more colorful so they stand out from the background better. Sometimes I'll miss them completely until I run into them with something.
I like the game. COntrols could be tighter, but they don't really detract for me. I just want to know how people are getting time scores of half a second on some of these levels. Sounds like cheating to me.
