I don't see a direct relation between your Kong account and our internal database account. So to check anything I would still need some of your info. But if you send requests via support form - they can be added automatically (if game loaded). I still suppose they were just added to your balance.
I am a Little confused. While taking revenge on some Players, i found a Level 10 Player in Gold league, a Level 26 in Platin league and a Level 36 in Crystal league. How is that possible?
There is no direct relation between league and levels. Levels indicate a sum of your total actions - building, fighting, achievements add a little xp to your level. Leagues indicate how many times you took first place in a league round.
@Chefsinger, i dont have a clou how waroutpost or void is working. I stopped playing this game about 4 months ago and i am just doing the raids and event stuff.
@Jason,if your autosave doesnt work, just report it as a bug and do not scam around here.
Second: I am not spending any money on this game and just online two times a day for about 10 mins, but still managed to get 90% at the normal quest.(yes, I allready passed the easy one) So you are the one doing something wrong.
There is an error message that seems to do nothing relevant, but i will still post it here. ust in case: "An error occurred running the Unity content on this page. See your browser's JavaScript console for more info. The error was:
InvalidStateError: A mutation operation was attempted on a database that did not allow mutations."

No changes or reinstalls were made
1. Mozilla Firefox is up to date
2. Flash player is up to date
3. Cache is cleared and made bigger
Edit: It is actually browser related; Microsoft edge is working fine; could it maybe be the new intro you created? I never saw it on Firerfox but it showed instantly on the other browser.
it works in my firefox just fine. as for the intro it plays only once during first launch automatically and then if you want to replay it - it's available in settings.
I would suggest reading your browser settings step by step, to find if there is any box checked that prevents downloads/saving local storage and similar. Game is hosted on Kongregate, but it still asks our server for data, maybe you have Kongregate allowed, but all external resources are blocked.
You can also use some dev tools to find whats the problem - right click in your browser window, select inspect context menu, find there "console" and see what red lines it shows. Send it to us via email - bftg@amt-games.com.
There are always some errors actually, but maybe you have different from what are usually there.
Also check if it's browser related. Do you have any other browsers installed?
Does your system or browser asks for any software updates?
Did you change/reinstall anything recently? Kongregate (not the game) requires you to have adobe flash installed and allowed - you have it (small puzzle button in address bar indicates if it's not enabled).
What else? Do you have at least some free space, so game can download data?
Here is a little thank you to the developer and administrator of the comment-section. I really appreciate your work and that you try to answer and solve as much questions as possibly. My little personal issue got solved within one day and I could choose the profilename i wanted from the beginning.
