It's still confusing knowing he VOWED on his profile that he'll try to get every badge without hacking or cheating/glitches so I doubt he would hack the game for a minor score.

No its not he lvls up one at a time even if he lvls fast.

I do he just lvls up 20 times when I lvl up 1-2 times.
