@KMart; Waiting didn't really work for me, but once I ran out of health it finally updated and I got my badge.

IF YOU AREN'T GETTING YOUR BADGES LISTEN HERE!!! To get the Past lv.10 badge and 40k badge, you need to 'end your game' a.k.a.: DIE. Lose all your lives after you've compleated the tasks, send your high score, and you'll get your badges. Thats what I did, and I got mine.
