That last boss mechanic is actually the dumbest thing I've ever seen.
You know all the things you just spent 20 minutes setting up? Lol yeah they're gone in one hit bye.
Last boss ruined the game experience for me.
So, do the turrets just not fire when you open the upgrade/research tabs? Because I do just fine farming wave five on speed 5, and then I open a tab to put some points in and suddenly "my kingdom has been overun"? It's happened multiple times when I open the upgrade tab, and becomes quite annoying as early resets are incredibly slow.
The game drastically slows down at around level 20-25, making it so you have to refresh in order to reset your level to get new game modes via credit cards faster. Other than that, I enjoyed this. 4/5.
@KarienPryde complaining about clicking in a an idle/clicker game is just silly. The game's not going to do all the work for you. Just do the clicks. Or use an auto clicker. No point in complaining when every other idle game has a heck of a lot more clicking requirements than this game.
Thanks for the support. I agree, but I've pushed an update lowering the amount of clicking. It doesn't really hurt, and a few people were off-put by how many clicks were required.
I've found a little bug. If you complete a challenge, then proceed to do another challenge right after, the challenge description doesn't change. I was doing Voidmilking & it had the Voidmaniac challenge description to it. In order to get the proper description I had to refresh the page.
@albertros753 Read through forum posts and look for builds around your mystery level that helps you progress. I haven't spent any money in game and I'm quite far along. There's guides to help you in the forums.
So, the thing I don't get is this ; isn't the whole point of a game is to finish it? Walk away from it having enjoyed the game - and recommend it, and even play it again? Because this is a game I almost do not want to try and finish. The finish to this game would be maxing out everything, yes? Well... 8 hours until next prestige point? And it only keeps getting longer. So I do not think I will be finishing this game, or walking away from it with an enjoyable experience - or even recommend it.
Idle games these days are WAY to grindy and time consuming for being a flash game. You devs are so worried about how long people play your games for, acting like they're AAA titles, and less about how enjoyable to experience of the game actually is. 2/5 after 2 weeks of playing and being hit with a wall for 3 days straight.
The offline bonus is excruciatingly weak. Offline for 70+ hours and get 30min of bonus? There's definitely a balancing flaw here. 70 hours offline should be a 2hr20min 5x bonus. Not a 30min 5x bonus.
It's kind of annoying seeing this game sitting at a 1.80 review because everyone's used to being babied by the same style of clicker/idle game. It's doing something new with the idle franchise. It's simple to get into. It's got some gorgeous background art. Idk. I mean, it's not amazing, don't get me wrong. There's a lot of room for work. But it's not a 1.80. I gave you a 3. I look forward to more from this game.
Thank you for playing my game and commenting, and a big thank you for the rating! I am currently woking on making more content in this game as well as how this game handles much larger numbers, I also have a system in place to add more background travel locations with ease.
My breakdown of work will be to have a clearer ui, More of a clear goal in play, adding a system to have new upgrades, saving the boss so when you leave the game he doesn't just disappear (Which I have just finished programming), and plenty more of ideas for this, it's just getting time to do this all whilst applying for work.
So forgive me if this takes a little while longer and also Sorry about the wait for a reply, as I say time has been a core thing and as university has now been handed in, I wanted a small break but I'm now back to working on this!
I see a lot of talk about ascension.. but I don't see that in the game? I've been level 800+. A tool tip in game about it would be nice. Like when it appears, etc.
Thanks for the support. I agree, but I've pushed an update lowering the amount of clicking. It doesn't really hurt, and a few people were off-put by how many clicks were required.
