To beat pretty much any boss just use archer class with angel skin and cupid's bow. The snowman is a bit different, but you shouldn't have any trouble with any other boss. Also, to deal with rushing enemies I use one elephant warrior with hell breaker equipped and he pretty much tanks all rushers.
