Scratch my last message... Shame I can't edit it. You need the "Shield Break Chance" Rebirth Passive to kill the first boss. Otherwise, you won't do any damage to him. The moment I got that, the boss died immediately and I was on to level 101, etc.
How much health is this first boss supposed to have...? I've been facing him for the last 10 minutes, using black hole to prevent him from beating my base and done well over 50bil damage to him, probably over 100bil, yet he's sticking around no problem... I'm stuck not knowing whether the boss is dying, or regaining health somehow faster than my turrets are able to dish out... But with 2 lasers dealing 49mil DPS, that seems unreasonable... Health bar, please!
First ascension is still either pointless or bugged... I restart and get 2 dark matter. Spend it on "Starting food" and it says I now have level 1/10. Great. But... It doesn't even apply to this run? A meager 3% bonus on income, without being able to use the Dark Matter that I've just acquired in the same run? Please tell me it's a bug, otherwise that's just makes no sense.
Thanks for the quick reply. The problem is, there's no way of me being able to tell when the next evolution is. There's only information showing is for the current evo.
I don't really get the evolution thing... I've evolved once now, and I'm at the part where I can evolve a second time. It suggests that I only evolve if I'm sure... Now, why wouldn't I want to evolve...? If I carry on my current run, will my evolution become better?
This isn't explained very well.
I don't really understand the weapons test lab. All of my scientists will be used for test speed & research improvement, but it doesn't make any difference if I use 1 scientist or 1,000? The only variable that changes when I get more scientists is the quality. Help?
Commander, I'm sure you understand the concept and you are just asking that your minions will understand, right? Of course for them, and only for them, a help description will be implemented by me ... err ... my minions in one of the next updates. Sincerely Corporal Tutnix.
Easy, but enjoyable game. Could do with varied difficulty settings. For the last boss: Back row shotguns, next row 2+ med packs. Snipers in front of those, when you can. Keep money saved in case you need to place a mine in front of the tanks / lobster things. Ended the game with little problem.
Gotta say, I love this game, but I dislike the updated ticket limit. Recently, being preoccupied with other things in life has shortened the amount of time I've had for War of Omens. I liked the fact that, even though I didn't have as much time I'd still be able to get on, complete a couple dailies, depending on time constraints and not feel pressured to fit in a tournament, too. This option has been removed from me, and others that would prefer to build up a bunch of tickets and use them all at leisure, [just the same as I enjoy doing for opening new card packets] for what seems like no reason. If, for whatever reason you're sticking to this change, could you at the very least, increase the ticket cap...? All was good before, but this change has left me uninspired.
A great concept, imitating and expanding on the success of Kingdom Rush. Initially, I, like many others thought this deserved a 5/5 rating. Unfortunately you'll notice, quite quickly, that this game will empty your bank account to be enjoyed at its fullest.
Your actual playing time can be reduced to mere minutes per day, and although there are time-based events to keep you coming back, no rock has been left unturned to reach for your wallet.
If you set your sights toward achieving the VIP 9 status, expect to pay a fortune. Using the best payment option available (in game) could set you back $7,000 - $10,000 depending on the deal you get. But this certainly brings a blatant issue to the forefront.
The game is great. The price to pay for it, is not. If you have ridiculous amounts of cash to spend, you're still better off spending it elsewhere. What you get for what you spend, not worth it at all.
Game rating, 5/5. Bang for buck, 1/5. Final verdict: 3/5.
Yep, this badge is ridiculously hard. I've played easy badges before and got them in 5 minutes. Now those are true to being an "easy" badge. I've spent 30 mins on this so far and I have 5/10 award points, this is going to be a long day unless I decide it isn't worth the hassle for 5 points :P
Simplistic, but cute. One suggestion, add a little instruction to the game. Something along the lines of "Collect the chicken, avoid the spillages, don't drop!" would work I think. Keep it up, nice start!
It seems to me the plot of this story is missed by many... of course there isn't supposed to be a good ending after this. My take would be that humanity is seemingly growing nearer to a nuclear war over time and that there truly will be no happy ending as long as those kinds of weapons are in existence.
Only the cockroaches... or perhaps mutations would survive. No more humans.
Good point, I will add info
