The trick is to make a sentence and count the number of characters, then you take the nearest square number and make a square out of the sentence. For example, my sentence had 63 characters so every 8 characters will be a line. A different explanation is to count every 8th character, then go back, start from the second letter and repeat. I’m sure it has a name but I can’t remember it.
