Really cool game. I like the concept but I feel like it needs more fleshing out. I would love options like more career paths (a cooking one would be cool), working out (would have a direct effect on health), etc.
It sucks that the enemies regenerate mana every turn even if they don't rest and you don't. It makes it impossible to win most of the fights because you always have only half of the mana available to everyone else.
It sucks how you can't actually save your companion and he just stays on the ground with his hand reaching to you as if you could save him but you actually can't.
I don't understand this game at all, it's so freaking weird. Why do I have shadow clones? Why can I just level up every ability to the max level for free?
Hmmm. It's unfortunate that I could not could the man and had to stop playing at that point. I did go see the walkthrough but it says to pick up the lighter and use the spray can, and then take down the man. This obviously doesn't work, since the man doesn't seem to care whether or not you light a temporary fire next to him, when the fire stops he goes back to drinking and nothing happens. Then I try to ''take down the man'' and I get knifed.
What can I say. I loved this game, up until the point where 75% of the time, when I use a skill/spell it activates one of my random skills for no reason instead of the one I want to use. Seriously am I the only one to experience this game-breaking bug?
I just don't get this game. Right in the beginning of the game, when I escape my cell, I'm bound to lose because I can only either go to the town square (which takes 2 hours therefore makes me instantly lose) or the Magic Shop, where I can't do anything since it's not open.
Umm no phynnboi up to now im in the middle of the level 3 puzzles and NONE of them required any guessing or backtracking to me up to now, just some are much much harder but still possible without guesses. Tip: Take note of every pattern you see, such as ''when a 3 has only two paths possible you can already now that it has at least one bridge in each path''. Sometimes you'll find new ones. Then you won't need to think them all over again.
Too much like shift? Not really, it has some similarities but it is still one very different game. It deserves much more than 2/5. And also, giving this up at level 3? It really wasn't that hard. Just very ingenious.
