Put the tower where it told me was the best spot on the first level and still didn't get the medal for putting it in the best spot...

Okay, so the enemy keeps getting a huge stack of archers, and once they push, I don't even have a chance. It's kinda ridiculous

the AI really should at least -try- shooting if it hasn't figured anything out in 20 seconds...

I must've misclicked. I somehow ended up playing a game that was a flash version of fallout.

if you surrender during a battle and re-enter it, stuff gets a little screwy

so once you get your speed high enough, you can fly. Of course, flying does no good, as the enemies can shoot you just as if you were at ground-ish level. If you can 'hover' though, you can basically get your combo as high as you want it.
