Sound off means sound off. Not pretty little fade out. And having to wait until after character creation to turn it off is a big turn off too. Design tip: start a game silent, and provide a button to turn sounds on instead.
Makes an INCREDIBLE din on my laptop. The only way to do away with the noise (and I'm not complaining about sound effects, I really do mean white noise) is by switching the mike off. Game controls on sounds have no effect whatsoever. Severely bugged.
Very pretty, but disastrous interface. Menu unnecessary. If I click an enemy, it should pop up an attack button under the mouse curser. If I click a square, a move button instead. Not force these back and forth movements to confirm everything. Feels clunky and unpleasant.
Overambitious for a flash game in terms of graphics. Tone them down to make it easier to load (I know it sucks once the work was done, but this really is too much).
Fantastic game. As to those who think the box is wrongly priced, I disagree. I do actually find it useful to have a 1x1 wall piece. Songs and humor are absolutely fantastic too.
Extremely versatile game. There isn't a single tactic that doesn't work. I don't understand why people are complaining that machineguns or electric towers are overpowered. I'm currently finishing the maps with perfect scores using only un-upgraded bog standard riflemen.
The only issue I see is that tower development isn't quite intuitive and takes some tries before figuring out which towers are useful for what. A tutorial page with a chart detailing all towers and improvements would help. Other than that, great fun.
