I don't believe it can be sold, the crypt key is hidden in the storage shed.

Each episode is better than the previous one. It is difficult to increase the quality after certain point but you are doing this in every episode. Congrats man. Also it is great to see that different pars of the stories start to connect. I just feel like there are too many different things happens in each episode and I feel like I am missing some stuff. I definetely will start everything from the beginning when all story is completed. Don’t take this as a critic, just continue to do what you are already doing. It is clear that you know this job much better than I.
