But even myocardial infarction isn't right because pain = viable myocardium so it probably should be ST-elevation trans-mural myocardial ischemia to be 100% correct. But one of the challenges we had making this game was easing people into the medical lingo slowly and we thought most people would better understand "heart attack" at the start. You are correct though that that is not a proper medical term!
