More tips: (1) Blocks gathered is NOT the same as material collected. Blocks gathered refers to the number of dirt blocks excavated; for a given run, it appears in the left column, fourth row, in the end-of-run UI. (2) Barriers and stones both describe the tough rocks that can greatly damage your miner. (3) For Bonus King 2, "energy bonus" refers to the blue lightning bolt bonus. (4) Only damage from bug hits, red/orange lasers, and landmine explosions counts toward Durable 5 (blue lasers sap your energy but don't do damage).
Some useful info: (1) The game does *not* end when you jump, and it gets much easier to gather gems and plasma after you do, so refrain from spending plasma on upgrades (buying new components with plasma is still OK) until you have jumped. (2) Don't make the jump until you have delved down to 840 meters, even if you got the 100 plasma from Hard Mode in-game achievement. You will miss out on a lost message and a bunch of technologies if you jump without digging down far enough to trigger a cutscene.
For those wondering how to buy upgrades, after the wall you break down, there's a brown building with a turret on top. Destroy the turret, and the building will turn into the upgrade shop, accessible by rolling into the building from the right.
@Prodelax The choices that you see in an event already have the multiplier applied to them. Since the unmodified reward for that choice is 3 woodsmen and you got 18, that particular part of the bonus is working properly.
A stealth patch was made that makes tower bosses dropped into lava drop their key on nearby land. A couple of other fixes and tweaks to the Tower were made as well.
The game does not seem to save your materials, though it saves everything else. Every time I refreshed the page (mostly due to the black screen bug), my materials reset to 30 on loading my save. This could be annoying if you don't gain very many materials from your team or from factories, especially if you end up refreshing after every 3 or 4 active missions all the time like me.
Oh, and I seem to have broken Dice Hell (in v. 0.3). I seem to have defeated the boss, but he doesn't reset even if I go back into the hangar and pop out again.
Helpful tip: Once you make a die, click-and-drag it into one of the white squares to equip it and benefit from its effects. Hopefully some tutorial in the future will remember to mention this.
I don't like how ineffective manual-clicking feels once you have some levels in Auto-click and Gem mine, even though manual clicks give more money and experience per click than auto-clicks do. I would be happier if ULTIMATE Click Eater, in addition to its existing effects, multiplied the number of manual clicks per mouse click. For example, at level 0 ULTIMATE Click Eater, each mouse click would only give one manual click, as it does now; at level 49 ULTIMATE Click Eater, each mouse click would give 50 manual clicks. This would be a great way to reward active play in late-game and stave off the problem of geometric progression for a little longer while a permanent solution is formulated (hopefully).
