I gave it 4 stars on the art style alone :) Game felt rather unbalanced overall, after the first few days it pretty much became a requirement to abuse the way the game worked to survive (hiding behind gates etc.) otherwise it was quite a fun game!
this is not going to be a popular comment, however, this game gets a 1/5. The unit control is shoddy at best, this is a pure clone of warcraft, and it includes all the failings of the original, plus it does not have as many options as warcraft does. Why copy a game if you are not going to fix the issues the older version had?
gate guard - They're attacking the gate!
argus - well, maybe you should do something about it!
gate guard - I am, I'm repeatedly telling you that the gate is under attack!
argus - sigh...
this game isn't worth the 4.05 average people are giving it, there are more bugs than an ant farm, controls are shoddy, and apparently the developer did not take the time to proof read any of the text! seriously, if the game cannot achieve something as simple as correct spelling and basic grammar then it's not worth even loading
This game seems not so much about skill but more about luck than anything else. the randomness of buildings really needs to be fixed, i started a town with everything i needed to complete the game in just a few days, and started another town where everyone died because there wasn't a hospital within 5 squares in every direction.
amazingly similar to an old original nintendo game... california races was it? not that i'm complaining or anything, i like playing with the updated features etc.
