This was one of the easiest hard badges 4 me.
Lvl 14 - just get to the agility mutator and you win. With 2 fast bees you can keep spinning loads of damagers at close range so they cant do a thing. Keep flying around while your other bees are taking control of the field.

Drop the ball on the blocks(with solar pannel/light), then activate kettle with the laser, place the fan in a cell, which is just to the left of the main power supply. Then only place refrigerator and solar panel to complete the level :)
