As others have stated, you no longer get XP when completing missions. This game is impossible to progress in now. Do not waste your time with this one.
@123monday - If you would actually read the achievement requirements, you would see that you only need to beat ONE of the tracks. The same applies for the Pop Star badge.
I only had a lead time of 37.1 seconds and I got the Medium Badge... interesting... however I am certainly not complaining!! I do not enjoy this game at all.
I love endings that are not happy/good. We need more of this in movies as well!! Cool game with a dark atmosphere. The creatures should have died though before being mutated since there was no oxygen...
Meteor upgrades work now? Do only the later levels allow max upgrades to be used? I had Meteor maxed in the earlier levels and the later upgrades had no effect.
To get that 35th Expert level completed, do 1-34, and then 38. On level 38 your bomb will cover the entire upside down U right before the exit. Also, because there will be so many units on the screen, it will be like playing in 0.5x speed, making it much easier to manage clicking in the first 3/4 of the level!
Wow, those ghosts are so unbelievable overpowered. You can not attack them until they "decloak", and then they have an attack rate and power that basically kill anything in two to five hits fully upgraded.
Some of the element icons and names do not match on the characters useable weapons. For example, Nana has a fire knife, but is named Whirling knife, and it deals wind dmg instead of fire. Garth has a fire dmg spear, but it is named watery spear, and deals water dmg. It seems to be the name is always correct for the indication of element type, but the icon is not.
Mazgazine1 - Use Rose Magma Heart, and when Joker attacks, wait until they are almost right in front of your base (before they reach your units). Then, when they are that close, use Meteor, and you will almost insta-kill the Golems. Just build maxed Warriors/Archers after that.
The "Kamikaze Badge" needs to be updated to impossible. I do not know what has changed since 2011, but by the time the Survival Difficulty gets upped the 4th time, the amount of enemies that come out at once cover literally 60% or more of your screen in bullets with no possible way to avoid them. Most of this game was easy for me, even Frantic mode, but Survival has been updated to complete ridiculousness of difficulty.
I have to agree with vip00, this game really does not have any distinguishing features. I do not know anything about Tyrant, nor do I care, but this game is difficult to get into. You do not earn any money from battles, and the only way to get cards is to grind for 45 minutes to earn enough to maybe buy one half-way decent card. This game is not very balanced, especially for trying to start out.
