So, well, 1.15 increase per level means that an dubble the cost for something at about 5 times building something (not 7, look up math).
So building a 100 newspapers stand double the cost around 17-20 times if i'm not mistaken. So going from 400 to 500 will cost around 52428800 octillion at the worst (20 times x2) or about 13107200 octillion at the non-worst. :(
